Terms of Use
Terms governing use of the APAS website and public register.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The public register
The register is provided to help the public verify the standing of Ayurvedic practitioners and clinics that are APAS members. APAS membership is voluntary and is not a government licence or a guarantee of any particular treatment outcome. Information is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time.
No medical advice
Content on this site is general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified practitioner about your individual health needs. APAS does not provide clinical services.
Member responsibilities
Members are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for complying with the APAS Scope of Practice, Code of Conduct and CPE requirements. Providing false information may result in removal from the register.
Concerns
Concerns about a practitioner or clinic are handled confidentially through the concerns process. Submitting a concern does not create any obligation on APAS beyond review under its framework.
Intellectual property
The APAS name, logo and site content are the property of APAS and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial verification of a practitioner's standing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, APAS is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on register information or use of this site. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Changes
APAS may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
